~Mini carob muffins

Chocolate is filled with corn derivatives, so to substitute I discovered Carob. Carob comes in both powder form and as a liquid.

~ 2 cups of pure Cassava flour

~2 cups of gluten free mixed flour

~2 Safe Eggs

~1 Cup of safe Cononut milk

~3/4 cup of carob powder

~1/2 cup of pure Carob sauce/liquid form of Carob

~Splash of Pure Coconut Oil

~May like to add safe nuts like cashews and almonds to recipe

Mix all together until consistency is thick enough to place in a muffin tray or cake /baking utensil. Cookers discretion as well as to how much of each ingredient is used depending on how many people will be eating it.

Can serve with soft pears (low chemical), other safe fruit and/ safe yoghurt like pure coconut. 🙂
