Here is my take on the spiritual war/ battles we are in..I believe Jesus is God and as a Christian I believe in the trinity ( Father, Son, Holy spirit ). Do I believe the Lord has no compassion on Palestinians? I believe the Lord loves everyone but hates sin/ evil. Violence of any kind is not what Jesus stands for. As a Christian I don’t hate or despise people of other religions or the lgbtq communities etc but I do acknowledge there is sin in all these groups, just like Christians can sin. Some worse than others. I believe only Jesus saves
He is where we go to; acknowledging we are a sinner and in need of him as a saviour and then through sanctification as our Lord. As someone that has been victimised myself; Jesus quite literally saved me and my dependency on him is what helped me through some very hard things. He is also a God of fun, laughter and lightness but one of truth and justice. The spiritual battles we are in are helping people discover their connection to God; but for some they don’t have the freedom we do here in Australia to discover this in more peace. I love the Lord and understand he is sovereign meaning he is in ultimate control.
